1. A voltage converter circuit, comprising:
a first transistor that is arranged to couple a flying capacitor circuit to an input voltage node during a first phase;
a second transistor that is arranged to couple the flying capacitor circuit to another node during the first phase, such that the flying capacitor circuit is coupled between the input voltage node and the other node during the first phase;
a first switch circuit that is arranged to couple the flying capacitor circuit to an output voltage node during a second phase; and
a second switch circuit that is configured such that: during the first phase,
if an input voltage at the input voltage node is greater than an output voltage at an output node, then
a voltage across the flying capacitor circuit is less than the input voltage,
else
the voltage across the flying capacitor circuit is substantially equal to the input voltage.
